Heya! I’m your host, Shelley Roupas.

In 2016, as a single mom with two high school sons, I gave up a career I absolutely loved (news broadcasting,) to go for a career I desired even more… opening up a yoga studio in my town.

I was terrified to even get up & share yoga AT ALL in front of people (even though I had many, many years of TV experience, but talking to a camera is wayyyy different, to me, than being in front of real eyeballs,) but yoga had changed my life to such a huge degree, I felt called to share it with other people, especially college students & moms.

So, I spent every penny I had & opened up Feel Better Yoga, without any outside capital & zero formal business training.

8 years later, I now lead two successful yoga studios that didn’t just survive Covid, but continue to thrive year to year & I completely love what I get to do.
