The Daily Practice That Changes Everything

Every weekday morning (Monday–Thursday), you’ll join a live Zoom session designed to build habits — not overwhelm.

These short, 30 minute, consistent sessions include:

meditation

journal prompts

intentional & inspired living practices

reflection on how yoga shows up in your real life

This is where yoga becomes how you live — not something you turn on and off.

These mornings will:

regulate your nervous system

build confidence in personal sharing

deepen self-trust

create embodied leadership

This daily rhythm is one of the most powerful aspects of the training.

The Game-Changer: In-Person Intensives

Every Friday evening 6pm - 9pm, & Saturday 9am - 3pm, we come together in person.

These in-person intensives are where:

community deepens

hands-on assisting is taught safely & ethically

alignment & anatomy come alive

practice teaching becomes real

confidence grows through experience

This blend of daily online consistency & weekly in-person embodiment creates learning that actually sticks.

Every Monday - Thursday
→ 6:00 am – 6:30 am   via Zoom 

This is the absolute most powerful way to begin any day. Together, we’ll do powerful breathwork, meditate, journal, get clear on our intentions for the day.

Every Monday + Wednesday: 
 → 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm via Zoom

We’ll hop back on for another connected session to deepen our learnings from the course, learn the science, expand on the yoga teachings & practice restorative yoga.  (Restorative yoga at night is so good for a new sleep structure that supports your nervous system beautifully.) 

Every Friday 6pm - 9pm, at one of our studios. (For the more specific schedule, please see our FAQs.) 
We'll all be together - as a cohesive, in person group- every weekend:(PS - Also avail via Zoom, but we'd really love you to be in person if possible.)

Expect To Deep Dive Into: 
Yoga Sequencing  

In Yoga Teacher Training, we’ll bring you out of the "theory" phase & into the true practicing phase so can feel how to confidently practice on your own, or in sharing your love of yoga with others.

You'll naturally grow to share your unique voice & authenticity in new ways. 

Breathwork 

The way all of us breathe unknowingly is harmful to our physical, emotional, & mental health.

It creates more stress & anxiety.

We’ll flip this switch during our four weeks together & you will physiologically change your body, your energy & how you feel physically.  

Meditation 

We’ll dive deep into all the incredible, modern science of meditation & the most impactful part?? We’ll meditate together every day.

Even if you think you can’t do it or it’s not your thing, you’ll discover - for real - how this one (very short & simple practice) will be a must for you moving forward in your life. 

Sharing Yourself 

The way we make a difference is when we share our genuine & authentic selves.

You'll discover how to confidently lead a group of people in a way that deeply connects & “lands” with them. This skill set will serve you well beyond the mat, in many other facets of your life.  

Yoga Assists

Assists in yoga are such a gift & offer so much care, compassion, stability & extension.

A yoga assist can often foster transformation in ways that a verbal assist cannot. You'll feel confident in offering these in your classes or for yourself. 

The Business Of Yoga

You won’t just graduate from our training & hope for the best.

Feel Better Yoga has an after-RYT mentorship program, designed to support you in getting on team at our studios, if that is your desire.

Additionally, you will get all the inside info on creating a yoga career, & even how to create & build your own yoga studios.
